I have two other lenses from this brand and they have affordable good quality lenses. This one is a compact ultra-wide lens, and the version that I got is compatible with my Sony cameras.
This lens has extremely wide angle of view is the lens’s main attraction, and by that you can take a lot creative shot specially, if for photography of cities landmarks, buildings and nature. Scenes feel expansive and immersive, and despite the extreme focal length, distortion is handled better than expected and can be easily corrected during editing if needed. Of course the distortion performance can not compete with more expensive professional lenses, but for its price it does a great job.
Also the image quality and autofocus performance is really good. It works quickly and quietly while locking focus reliably, even at close distances. The build quality feels solid. The lens is well assembled, the focus ring moves smoothly, and nothing feels loose or poorly finished. While it doesn’t aim to be premium, it delivers a sturdy and comfortable shooting experience.
Overall, the 7artisans AF 10mm F2.8 is a well-rounded ultra-wide lens that offers excellent value. It combines portability, dependable autofocus, and convincing optical performance in a compact package. While it has some limitations, particularly at wide apertures and in challenging lighting, these are minor issues and are normal in this price range. I can recommend it to amateur photographers.

Das 7artisans AF 10 mm F2.8 hat mich direkt durch sein geringes Gewicht und die handliche Größe überzeugt. Für ein Ultraweitwinkel ist es erstaunlich kompakt und passt perfekt an eine APS C Sony Kamera, ohne das Set frontlastig zu machen. Der Bildwinkel ist riesig und liefert eindrucksvolle Perspektiven für Architektur, Landschaften und enge Innenräume. Die Schärfe ist in der Bildmitte schon bei F2.8 ordentlich, abgeblendet gewinnt das Objektiv sichtbar dazu. Der Autofokus arbeitet schneller als erwartet und trifft zuverlässig, selbst bei kurzen Distanzen. Die Verzeichnung ist für diese Brennweite gut kontrolliert und lässt sich später leicht korrigieren. Die Verarbeitung wirkt sauber, der Fokusring läuft angenehm und alles sitzt fest ohne Spiel.

Das 7artisans 10 mm F2.8 ist ein überzeugendes Ultraweitwinkel für alle, die einen extrem weiten Look zu einem fairen Preis suchen. Es ist leicht, handlich und liefert ein natürliches Handling an APS C Kameras. Die optische Leistung ist für die Brennweite solide: In der Mitte klar, zu den Rändern hin bei Offenblende weicher, aber nach leichtem Abblenden gut nutzbar. Der Autofokus macht das Objektiv alltagstauglich und erleichtert spontane Aufnahmen erheblich. Die Verarbeitung passt, Schwächen bei Gegenlicht und der einfache Blendschutz sind zwar da, stören im Gesamtbild aber wenig. Für Reisen, Städte, enge Innenräume oder kreative Perspektiven ist es eine sehr gute Wahl – kompakt, vielseitig und überraschend leistungsfähig. Ein kleines bischen mehr Widerstand bei der Sonnenblende wäre schön gewesen.
