Amazon Kunde
Nicht das erste gebrauchte iphone – das ich bei FS – Trading in den letzen Jahren über Amazon bestellt habe.
Immer top. Das Produkt selbst kennt man und bedarf keiner weiteren Erklärung.
Ich selbst benutze keine Hüllen, deswegen muss ich alle halbe Jahre neu bestellen;)
Und immer ist hier alles top. Verpackung, Ladekabel aufgerollt, Kopfhörer an Bord – alles wie es sein soll. Und dass das Handy genauso ist, wie angegeben – nämlich wie neu – brauch‘ man hier nicht erwähnen. Das ist selbstverständlich.
Wie gesagt, hab‘ die letzten Jahre einige iPhones hier bestellt (immer ein paar Generationen hinter dem aktuellsten) und wurde nie enttäuscht. Genauso geht „refurbished“😊

Das iPhone funktionierte in der Anfangszeit ohne Probleme, nach einiger Zeit, traten jedoch Verständigungsprobleme bei der Telefonie auf. Wir dachten zunächst, dass es am Empfang bzw. Netzanbieter liegen könnte und hatten die SIM-Karte mit 2 anderen Geräten probiert. Hier traten die Probleme nicht auf.
Aufgrund des oben beschriebenen nicht selbstverschuldeten Schadens an der Ware, wurde diese als defekt beim Verkäufer reklamiert. Nachweislich konnten wir vor dem Rückversandt mittels dreier Fotos belegen, dass das iPhone äußerlich in keinem schlechteren Zustand war, als zum Zeitpunkt des Erwerbs!
Jedoch behauptete der Verkäufer unberechtigter Weise das Gegenteil, sodass dieser gegen unseren Willen pauschal 100€ vom Kaufbetrag abzog.
Dies wurde auch Amazon mitgeteilt, welche den Verkäufer zur Rückerstattung der noch fehlenden 100€ aufforderte. Bis heute warte ich immer noch auf die fehlenden 100€!

Considering the amount I was paying it surprised me that it shipped extra fast. The package was shipped within 3 days.
The only problem I had with the package was actually the packaging since it only came in a brown cardboard box taped on a piece of cardboard and surrounded by air bubbles. I would complain about it, but the phone came in an excellent condition so there is no need to complain.
The battery health was at 100% and a slow charger was included, which usually is not the case but at least it’s something.
Some reviews associated with Face ID made me worried that the Face ID feature wouldn’t work and I was hoping it would. When I turned on the phone and set up the feature, Face ID worked just like it would work on a brand new iPhone.
The touch screen was also responsive and didn’t show any signs of being damaged whatsoever. The only thing I noticed was 3 minor barely noticeable scratches on the back of the phone, which didn’t even bother me, because you always put a case on the phone and even if you wouldn’t, you still wouldn’t see it at a normal distance, only up close.
We also tested the connectivity with Apple Watch and it worked like a charm. Considering I saw some bad reviews, I really thought this product would disappoint me, but it didn’t. The phone was in PERFECT CONDITION!
